Cancelation and Refund Policy //
If you cannot attend the training, seminar or event for which you’ve registered, you may send an alternate. There is no fee for making this change but we do ask that you do so in writing at least 48 business hours before the start of the event. This will give us ample time to prepare for the new attendee.
If you cannot attend or send an alternate, we will apply a credit to your account, less a processing fee of $25.00, to be used towards a future training, seminar or event. Your request for a credit must be received at least 48 business hours before the start of the event.
Requests must be received in writing by e-mail (lacey.french@agencyside.net), fax (480-731-4822 ATTN: Lacey French) or by U.S. mail (740 S Mill Ave, Suite 210, Tempe AZ 85281 ATTN: Lacey French.). No refunds or credits will be made for requests received after that time. Registrants who cancel will not receive seminar materials.
